Thank you for your interest in testing our new mobile banking app. Your feedback is important in making sure our app meets the local banking standards. Before you continue, please take a moment to read and understand the terms and conditions of the beta testing program.
Member of the November/ December 2023 Internal Participant Record, hereby agree to participate in the beta testing program for the Onit mobile banking application, in accordance with Kenyan banking regulations. I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Confidentiality: I understand that the mobile banking application is in its testing phase and may contain unfinished or potentially flawed features. I agree not to disclose, share, or discuss any information related to the application, including any errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities, with anyone other than the authorized representatives of Onit.
2. Data Security: I acknowledge that, while Onit has taken steps to secure the application, there may be unforeseen vulnerabilities or data breaches during the beta testing phase. I agree to use the application in a responsible and secure manner and report any security issues to Onit immediately, in compliance with Kenyan data protection laws and regulations.
3. Feedback and Reporting: I commit to providing detailed and constructive feedback regarding my experience with the beta version of the mobile banking application. I understand that feedback may include suggestions, bug reports, usability issues, and any other relevant information to help improve the application, in accordance with Kenyan banking regulatory requirements.
4. Usage Agreement: I agree to use the mobile banking application solely for the purpose of beta testing and not for any financial transactions or sensitive operations during the testing period. Onit will not be held responsible for any financial losses or disruptions caused by using the beta version for actual banking transactions.
5. Termination of Participation: Onit reserves the right to terminate my participation in the beta testing program at any time without prior notice, in compliance with Kenyan banking regulations. I may also choose to withdraw from the program at any time.
6. Data Collection: I consent to Onit collecting and processing data related to my usage of the beta version of the mobile banking application for the purpose of improving the application, in accordance with Kenyan data protection laws and regulations.I, [Your Name], acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions outlined in this consent form, and I agree to abide by them during my participation in the beta testing program in compliance with Kenyan banking regulations.
Participant agrees to the terms of the testing form by checking the box labelled "I consent to Onit's testing terms: The Onit Testing Program, Privacy Policy (including UXCam Terms) & NDA."
